Kiran Boutique is an authentic heritage fashion atelier based in Bikaner, Rajasthan, specialising in bespoke Rajputi Poshaks, royal lehengas, and handcrafted ethnic attire. All designs displayed online represent our artisanal craft. Because each garment is handmade, minor nuances in zari motifs, gotapatti embroidery layout, and fabric dye intensity are characteristic of genuine craft.

2. Measurement Accuracy & Tailoring Responsibility

Custom-stitched garments are tailored strictly according to the measurements submitted by the client or recorded during our styling consultation. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their provided measurements. Kiran Boutique provides comprehensive measurement guidelines and video support to ensure an impeccable fit.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a currency converter is active. Prices are subject to revision without prior notice based on raw silk, pure zari bullion, and gold/silver gotapatti market fluctuations. Products marked with customized pricing or "Price on Request" require consultation with our styling concierge team prior to final booking.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment

An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed advance booking deposit. Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted for bespoke couture wear. All online transactions are processed through encrypted, RBI-compliant payment gateways.

5. Intellectual Property

All photography, imagery, branding elements, descriptions, and bespoke poshak design motifs appearing on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Kiran Boutique. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any contracts entered into with Kiran Boutique shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services or orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
