Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Terms
At Kiran Boutique, each Rajputi Poshak, lehenga, and ensemble is individually tailored, hand-dyed, and hand-embroidered by master artisans in Bikaner to your personal color choice and silhouette measurements. As a luxury made-to-order couture house, we operate under transparent guidelines modeled after the highest bespoke fashion standards in India.
1. Strict No-Return Policy on Made-to-Order Ensembles
Because every poshak is custom-crafted to individual specifications, we strictly do not accept returns, general exchanges, or buyer-remorse refunds once an order has been confirmed and craftsmanship has commenced. Please review all product specifications, colors, and measurements thoroughly before placing your order.
2. Cancellation Grace Period (12 Hours)
Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once 12 hours have elapsed, raw silk allocation, custom fabric dyeing, and artisan embroidery setup commence immediately, and orders cannot be cancelled or modified thereafter.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (24–48 Hour Reporting Window)
Every piece undergoes dual master-artisan inspections prior to dispatch. However, in the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged in transit or with an undeniable defect:
- You must notify our customer care team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear, unedited unboxing video recorded upon opening the sealed courier parcel, along with detailed photographs showing the damage or defect, must be provided.
- The garment must remain completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original boutique security tags intact in its original packaging.
- Packages returned without prior written authorization from Kiran Boutique cannot be accepted.
4. Approved Resolutions
Upon review and approval of a valid damage claim, Kiran Boutique will arrange complimentary artisan repair, alterations, or a replacement piece. If an identical artisan fabric or embroidery is unavailable, a full refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Strict COD Policy (No Full Cash on Delivery)
Due to the high-value, made-to-order nature of authentic Rajputi couture, Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not accepted. Orders must be confirmed with full prepayment or an advance deposit agreed upon with our concierge team.
6. Handloom & Hand-Embroidery Disclaimers
Authentic Gotapatti, Dabka, Zari, and hand-dyeing are done completely by hand. Subtle variations in dye shade, handwork needlepoints, and screen color calibrations on mobile or computer displays are inherent hallmarks of genuine artisanal heritage, not defects.
