1. Artisan Production Timeline (3 to 4 Weeks)

Because every Rajputi Poshak, lehenga, and ensemble is handcrafted exclusively for you upon order confirmation by our master artisans in Bikaner, our standard handcrafted production and finishing timeline is 3 to 4 weeks. This ensures perfection in handloom fabric selection, intricate Gotapatti, Dabka, Zari, and Resham embroidery, and bespoke tailoring to your personal measurements.

2. Urgent & Rush Orders

If you require your ensemble urgently for an upcoming vivah, sangeet, or royal festival, we accommodate priority rush orders wherever artisan schedules permit. Please contact our boutique styling team prior to placing your order to confirm expedited delivery dates.

3. PAN India Doorstep Delivery

We provide safe, insured, and tracked doorstep delivery to every pincode across PAN India through premium courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post). All domestic shipments within India are packaged in weather-resistant, tamper-evident royal packaging.

4. Insured All India Delivery

We guarantee safe, insured doorstep delivery across all states and union territories in India through premier express carriers (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Speed Post). Domestic transit typically requires 3 to 5 business days after artisan dispatch and packaging.

All shipments within India are dispatched with full transit insurance and tamper-proof royal protective packaging.

5. Dispatch & Real-Time Tracking

Once your completed poshak passes quality inspection and is handed over to our insured logistics partner, an automated Airway Bill (AWB) tracking link is dispatched immediately to your registered email and mobile number.

6. Secure Packaging Guarantee

All Kiran Boutique ensembles are packaged in protective luxury dust bags and reinforced outer containers to safeguard the delicate handwork from humidity, transit vibrations, and weather during its journey from Bikaner to your doorstep.

7. Domestic Delivery Only (Within India)

Please note: Kiran Boutique currently delivers exclusively within India. We do not offer international or worldwide shipping at this time. All orders must have a valid delivery destination and pincode located within India.
